The term charcuterie refers to the appetizer course which typically features a wood platter of cooked or dry-cured meats, sausages and various cheeses accompanied with bread, fruit or nuts. It is a fun and easy way to spice up your next dinner party!

Our Charcuterie boards are flat grain construction and generally measure approximately 17 x 7.5 inches and are typically 1 inch thick. These boards come in a variety of wood types and designs.

Flat grain boards are crafted with the grain of the wood running parallel to the surface of the board. Flat grain boards are not as resistant to knife marking as End Grain boards, but as a trade off, these boards tend to be lighter. They are excellent for light-duty cutting and make wonderful serving trays. Each board is a handcrafted work of art sure to bring a smile to your kitchen!
