This smaller size Charcuterie Board is made of a single section of Olivewood, imported from the Middle East. The board is 12" x 7" x .75" and has been finished with food-grade oil and bees wax. The traditional "peel type" handle with a hole for hanging made it a convenient option for smaller tasks.
