This heartcuterie (that's heart + charcuterie) is made of quarter sawn White Oak, one of my favorite woods. The grain patterns in this wood are striking and beautiful - but the board is simple and lovely. We wanted to make a board in a fun shape for special occasions or for an excuse to randomly brighten someone's day. To help share the love.

The board measures approximately 10 x 10 inches (minus the cutouts) and is approximately 1 inch thick. Like all our boards, it is finished with food safe mineral oil and bees wax.
