This Cheese Slicing Board is made of Olivewood, imported from the Middle East. The board has the natural edges and is bounded by an attractive deep purple epoxy. This makes a compelling combination. The board is 9.5" x 7" x 1" and the cutting hardware is durable stainless steel. Food-grade oil and bees wax have been used to finish the board.
