This Cheese Slicing Board is made of, from the outside in, White Oak: Walnut, Lacewood and Purpleheart. Both Purpleheart and Lacewood are imported from Africa and it is a treat to use them in these functional boards.

This board is 11" x 6.5" x 1" and the hardware is durable stainless steel while the board is finished with foodgrade oil and beeswax.
