This interesting End Grain Cutting board is one of my favorites to make as it utilizes many different wood species, and a free-flowing pattern. I often refer to this as a chaotic board, but is quite satisfying to complete. This board is 16" x 12" x 1.5" and has a juice moat on one side to contain all of the juices one my encounter. Yes....both sides are usable.

The board is finished with food-grade oil and bees wax. For convenience, finger grips are cut into the ends of the board.
