This delightful Cheese Slicer is made of a section of a single slab of Walnut. When I began on this I was planning to add a wave accent strip. But once I began working with it, I decided that the grain was so lovely as is that I chose not to distract from it with a wave.

The board measures 9.5 x 6 inches and is approximately 1 inch thick. The cheese slicer is stainless steel and easy to clean with a soapy washcloth (it can also be removed, if needed). This board is finished with food-safe mineral oil and bees wax.
